The eleventh release in Akkeshi’s renowned Twenty-Four Season series, "Shoman," marks the eighth season in the solar year—a time when life begins to flourish as winter thaws. Derived from the phrase “nature thrives,” Shoman symbolizes the promise of a fruitful harvest. In Akkeshi, this season is marked by the cherry trees' leaves turning pale pink, heralding the full beauty of spring.

This malt and grain blended whisky is crafted with whisky matured in Hokkaido Mizunara barrels as the primary blending element, complemented by whisky aged in various casks, including ex-rum barrels.
