Made in the 1980's, this sterling silver broach has a center stone of Butterscotch Amber from the Baltics. The Baltic area is known for having the largest deposits of Amber in the world. An Amber piece of this size, color, and clarity is highly rare. It features a large broach pin that goes across the back and serves as a secondary safety pin for the lapel when worn.
