Being offered today is a $5 Dollar 1953 “B” series Legal Tender Note. This note has been graded in PMG 65 Gem Uncirculated EPQ. The serial number on this note is C11226627 A. This note carries an additional grading of Gem Uncirculated and EPQ. The Gem Uncirculated designation shows that the note looks like it was just printed. The EPQ stands for Exceptional Paper Quality. This grading is the highest you can get under the PMG guidelines for a 65 grade.

PMG stands for Paper Money Guaranty. It is extremely rare to find a note in this high PMG 65 Grade. The note is centered very well, and the ink just pops off the note. The colors are bright and bold.
