Being offered today is a rare 1957 “A” series $1 Dollar Silver Certificate STAR Note. This “STAR Note” that has been graded in CGA (Currency Grading and Authentication) 66 Gem Uncirculated. The STAR signifies a “replacement note”.

The STAR Notes are far more valuable than a regular printed note. The Gem Uncirculated designation shows that the note looks like it was just printed. It is extremely rare to find a STAR note in this high 66 Grade.
