Does the bike come assembled?Our ebikes are shipped nearly fully assembled, which means there is some assembly required before you can ride. Our owner's manuals will walk you through the assembly.
What is the battery’s life-span?The battery is rated for 800 charge cycles while still maintaining 80% capacity.
How does it perform regarding suspension?The suspension comes with a 10cm travel distance. It will make your ride very comfortable on and off-road.
In case of rain, is the battery protected?Yes, Honeywell e-bikes and their components are water-resistant. Riding in rain or snow should not cause any damage. But please do not submerge your bike or bike component in water, too much water could damage the components inside.
Is the battery replaceable?Yes, the battery is replaceable.
Can this bike be used as a normal manual peddle bike?Yes, you can manually peddle, using Level “0” manual only.
