From 1892 through 1954, the U.S. Mint produced special commemorative coins for 53 different events, occasions, and individuals. This resulted in the production of over 180 silver and gold commemorative coins during that time period. Offered here is a gold $1 coin commemorating William McKinley. The proceeds from the sale of this coin went towards funding a memorial for him in Niles, Ohio. This is a gem uncirculated coin certified by PCGS as MS64. You will receive the unique coin shown in the photos housed in deluxe collector’s pouch with a certificate of authenticity.
